Cracks in your asphalt are inevitable and are going to develop as the asphalt pavement continues to oxidize and deteriorate.  If your goal is to preserve your pavement for the longest period at the lowest cost, you must crack seal.  High Tech Coatings, Inc. uses a rubberized crack sealer that bonds to the walls of the crack, while being able to move with the asphalt as it expands and contracts due to traffic and the extreme temperature changes we have here in Montana.  We recommend that you visually inspect your asphalt every year for new cracks and to look for repairs that need to be made on previously sealed cracks.
